What is an MSP?
This document will evaluate the differences between the outdated IT support model of Break/Fix and the more modernized solution of Managed Services. This is an introduction to Managed Services and MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and is geared towards business owners and executives that have no internal IT department or one that is small, and possibly overworked.
If you own or manage a business with insufficient support for the technology it requires to operate, this document can demonstrate what is to be gained through the services of an MSP.
